The Beauty Yard – Booking & Cancellation Policy
We value your time and ours, and this policy helps us run smoothly while offering the best service to all our clients. By booking an appointment with The Beauty Yard, you agree to the terms below.
Appointment Changes & Cancellations
- We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in loss of your deposit, which will not be transferred to a future booking.
- No-shows (where you fail to attend without notice) will also result in loss of your deposit.
Deposits & Card Capture
- A deposit will be required to secure your appointment.
- When booking online, you may be asked to store your card details using secure card capture. This authorises The Beauty Yard to charge your card in the event of a late cancellation or no-show, in line with this policy.
Gift Vouchers
- If paying with a gift voucher, any applicable cancellation or no-show fees will be deducted from the voucher balance.
- If the voucher balance is insufficient or has expired, the voucher will be deemed void.
Running Late
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service, and the deposit may be forfeited.
Agreement
By booking with The Beauty Yard, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to our booking policy.
